Applicable to pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other light industry round, square and flat bottles single side labeling, one machine suitable for square bottle, flat bottle and round bottle, can be used alone or connect with the production line.
Working principle
When the bottle separating mechanism separate the bottle, the sensor detect the bottle passed and send signal back to control system, and at proper position to send out label and labeling on the related position on the bottle.
Operation process
manual put the product on the conveyor (can connect with the production line) ----- product convey ----- product separating ----- product detection ----- product labeling ----- finished product collecting
Coding system
Can select coding system to print batch number or expiry date, increase working efficiency.
